Tomato Chicken Curry - Indian Food


Tomato Chicken Curry








chop onion, potato and celery








boneless drumstick 300g
remove the skins and chop into proper size

 coat the meat with flour (about 2T) and salt, pepper








grill the chicken in the pan








oil, chili powder, cumin powder,
turmeric, garam masala, bay leaf powder
red curry paste 1 1/2T








stir fry for 2~3 minutes at low heat.








add onion and celery








add a can of diced tomatoes








add the rosted chicken with white wine 1/2cup








and potato








add 2 cups of water + honey 1T
and let it simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally
