Stir-Fry JJamppong (川式水炒麵)- Chinese Food


Stir-Fry JJamppong (川式水炒麵)
- Chinese style noodles with vegetables and seafood




 

prepare udon noodles

udon (noodles), thick white noodles made from wheat flour, salt, and water








scallion, garlic, onion, cabbage, bamboo shoot








squid, shrimp, green mussel
and Soak a handful of tree ear (black mushroom)

boil udon slightly and rinse with cold water, set aside








add a littli of oil and sliced garlic, scallion








add a little bit of rice wine (cheongju) and soy sauce,
stir-fry well








put onion, tree ear and bamboo shoot








put squid, shrimp and green mussel








Fry quickly in high heat








Put 3 cups of water and boil








Dubanjang sauce 3T + oyster sauce 2T + sugar 1T


 -> Dubanjang sauce









put green part of scallion and cabbage








blend well and boil 








put a boiled noodles










fry quickly in high heat







pour starch water (starch : water = 1 : 1) where boiling
to adjust the consistency of a thick soup
