Cha Gio - Vietnamese Food



cha gio - fried spring rolls




minced pork 300g





shrimp 100g



coarsely chop





 crushed garlic 2T + oyster sauce 1/2T
peppers, ginger juice



marinade about 10 minutes











bean threads




bean threads about 100g
Soak bean threads in hot water 20 minutes



drain and coarsley chop



mix with pork and shrimp


soak a handful of tree ear (black mushroom) & shiitake mushroom


-> tree ear (black mushroom)

-> shiitake mushroom




drain and coarsley chop



chop a onion (half a piece)



boil green bean sprouts
drain, squeeze dry, and coarsley chop.


add chives






mix well






add egg yolk and combine well



soak rice paper in water

 rice paper





put ingredients in the middle of rice paper










wrap up carefully




fry twice



sauce - fish sauce 1T + juice of a lemon 3T
+ sugar 3T + water 1T + crushed garlic 1/2T + crushed red pepper 1 1/2T
