Sweet and Sour Pork - Chinese Food



Sweet and Sour Pork




onion, paprika, bok choy, mini corn,
tree ear, carrot, salary, bamboo shoot





pork tenderloin 400g
remove blood with paper towel






marinade with soy sauce, rice wine (cheongju),
ginger juice, peppers





dredge with potato starch 5T + 1 egg






fry twice





remove oil with paper towel







water 1 1/2Cup + oyster sauce 2T
+ vinegar 4T + sugar 4T + tomato ketchup 3T







when the sauce is beginning to boil,
put all side ingredients






stirring constantly





mix potato starch and water as 1 : 1
and add until the sauce has thickened.






put bok choy and sesame oil lastly





put fried pork on a plate
and pour the sauce
