Chapchae - Korean Food




Chapchaemixed dish of boiled bean threads, stir-fried vegetables, and shredded meat






bean threads





bean threads about 150g
Soak bean threads in hot water 20 minutes



 




Rinse spinach well, drain and blanch in boiling water


 





Seasoning : soy sauce 2T + sugar 1T + cooking wine 1T (cheongju, refined rice wine OK)
crushed garlic 1T + sesame oil,  ground sesame mixed with salt, pepper a little




-> cooking wine



-> sesame oil



-> ground sesame mixed with salt







shredded beef 200g
Soak a handful of  tree ear (black mushroom) & shiitake mushroom




 -> tree ear (black mushroom)


 -> shiitake mushroom







other mushrooms, bell pepper, salary
carrot, onion~






stir-fry carrot





add  onion and bell pepper






add salary and remove from the fire and cool.






stir-fry mushrooms and remove from the fire and cool.





stir-fry shredded beef 200g





add  tree ear (black mushroom) & shiitake mushroom
with prepared seasoning






soy sauce 1T + oyster sauce 2T
+ sugar 1T + cooking wine 2T + sesame oil 1T

heat simmer with bean threads



-> oyster sauce







Add all ingredients and toss to combine
with soy sauce 2T + sugar 1T + sesame oil, sesame seed
