Slices of Roast - seasoned beef in width
stiploin (sirloin) 400g
remove blood with paper towel
rice wine (cheongju) 2T + soy sauce 3T
+ sugar 1T + honey 2T + ginger juice 1T + crushed garlic 1T
+ sesame oil 1T + ground sesame mixed with salt 2T + peppers
make cuts in the stiploin
marinade stiploin with seasoning
about 30 minutes
heat up a frying pan
roast the stiploin
roast the surfaces slightly
cut diagonally
remain the seasoning in the pan
put the stiploin in the pan and stir-fry
stirring constantly
