Dak-Kalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken ) - Korean Food



Dak-Kalbi spicy stir-fried chicken



 


boneless drumstick 700g



 

remove the skins and chop into proper size


 

curry powder 1T + rice wine (cheongju) 1T + soy sauce 1T
peppers + ginger juice
marinade about 10 minutes


 

red pepper paste (gochujang) 3T + chili powder 3T + rice wine (cheongju) 3T
+ sugar 1T + oligosaccharide 2T + soy sauce 1T + oyster sauce 1T
+ crushed garlic 2T + sesame oil 1T + peppers, ground sesame mixed with salt



-> oligosaccharide


 



mix the marinade chicken with seasoning
about 30 minutes


 

Wash and chop up the cabbage


 



chop up the sesame leaf


 


stir-fry the chciken in a large skillet




 

stirring constantly




when the chicken is almost done put the cabbages

put the sesame leaf
