boneless drumstick 300g
remove the tendons
divest half shell
chop into proper size
curry powder 1T + rice wine (cheongju) 1T + soy sauce 1T
peppers + ginger juice
marinade about 20 ~ 30 minutes
dredge with potato starch + 1 egg
mix well
oil temperature is 170 degrees
fry
remove excess oil with paper towel
fry twice
